			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this last part of our article series, we shall discuss of another two important parts of any anti-aging treatment – physical exercising and external treatment. Since we all know the quotation “mens sana in corpore sano” we should immediately understand the use of physical exercise. Nevertheless, you may ask – what does physical exercise do for our anti-aging treatment? Well, as we get older, our skin tends to lose its elasticity thus the appearance of wrinkles in some cases is due to this as well. The most visible effects can be seen around the waistline, and around the upper parts of our legs. While having a few extra pounds may make our face straighter, it may result in an ugly body. Through physical exercise, you can adjust your overall look – you will retrieve some of your skin’s elasticity while remaining in shape.</p>
<p><strong>Physical exercise for anti-aging treatments</strong></p>

<p>The main thing you have to do is put your whole body in motion. By doing this, you will not only increase your skin’s elasticity but you will also be able to burn any extra fat and get rid of nasty toxins that may be lying around. It is impossible to have a body completely clear of toxins, therefore it would be recommended to do as much as you can to get rid of them. There are several sports you can pick up in order to keep in shape and look good:</p>

<li><strong>Tennis – </strong>Probably one of the most fun and comfortable sports      that you can start learning. The main advantage of tennis is that you do      not actually need to learn it in order to play, because the principle is      easy – hit the ball and make it fall in the other one’s terrain. What is      even better is that tennis is known as a great sport to shape your body.      You can start tennis even earlier to keep in shape all the time, and you      will surely benefit from the results – your legs will be more beautiful,      you will start having a better-shaped waistline, not to mention that your      proportions will be a lot healthier and beautiful. In later years, tennis      helps because it stretches the skin all around the body, from your face to      your legs, and will eliminate many signs of old skin. </li>
<li><strong>Jogging – </strong>Jogging is another nice sport you can pick up      especially if you like to spend time listening to your music and look at      the landscape. Jogging helps by burning a heavy amount of fat and putting      in motion most of the muscles in our body. It is also a great group sport      since you can go with one or two friends and run around the park. Remember      to keep hydrated throughout your work-out if you plan on looking good.</li>
<li><strong>Cycling and roller-skating </strong>– Cycling has always been      considered a great sporting activity since it helps improve legs muscles      and general well-being. Nevertheless, keep in mind that if you like cycling      you will not be using your face muscles or toning your face skin in the      same way as if you were playing tennis or jogging around the park.      Roller-skating works on the same principle as jogging with the sole      difference that puts some extra weight on your legs. If you want to      reshape your legs it will be great, but for general skin straightening it      would be better to pick one of the first two sports.</li>

<p><strong>Working on your skin from the outside – Creams and lotions</strong></p>

<p>Finally, we reached the point where we can freely talk about treating aging effects from the outside. If you can follow most of the advices, you can find in this article series you will have a very small need of creams and lotions. However, in order to fully do a good job it would not be a bad idea to find a few miracle-creams and lotions. My advice is that in order to find one that suits your skin best, you should discuss with your dermatologist. He is the only one who will be able to tell you your skin type and what kind of cream you should use. Mention the fact that you are on an anti-aging treatment plan and what it involves. Try talking to him about possible herbal treatments since our skin better receives those than purely chemical ones. If you plan to search for a treatment yourself, do not forget to look for collagen-based treatments since those will help you treat wrinkles. Look for thermal water sprays as well, and pulverize them on your face whenever feel the need to refresh your skin – you will surely feel the difference. Use only cosmetics made for your type of skin – or simply use anti-aging foundation or powders since they will protect you while you are wearing them.</p>

What is very important to note is that understanding what is behind skin aging is one of the most important steps. You see, you cannot treat flu with headache pills – in the same way you cannot just apply any treatment to your skin so that it will stay young. There is more than just getting old to skin aging. For example, there are women that are barely 27 or 28 and have more wrinkles than women that are 34 years old. It depends on the factors that have led to a premature aging of the skin or it depends on the body itself. There are a few things you can do at any time in order to protect your skin from aging:</p>

<li><strong>Stop Smoking. </strong>There are numerous reasons because of which you      should stop smoking. First, there are all those cancer risks that people      simply do not take into consideration and end up regretting later. Second      and this might interest you if you care about wrinkles and aged skin –      smoking leads to a premature aging of the skin. In other words, by smoking      too much you might end up having the skin of a 40-years old woman at only      30. Now you just would not like that, would you.</li>
<li><strong>Anti-Aging Skin Products at their Time. </strong>Creams and lotions may      diminish the effects of any aged skin, but there might be some problems if      you plan on using them when you are not ready. Do not use preventative      methods in this direction too – it may seem as it would stop them from      appearing, but actually, there are creams and lotions that are only      recommended to people over a certain age, or that have their skin already      aged. Another thing – make sure you buy the right product for your skin –      it is one thing a cream for serious wrinkles and it is another thing a      lotion for expression wrinkles. You should also be careful at the skin      type – there are creams and lotions for oily skin and for dry skin as      well.</li>
<li><strong>Exfoliation as a very important part of the anti-aging system. </strong>By      removing all those dead cells that are lying around your skin, you are      allowing it to breathe and perspire. This way, you avoid prematurely aging      your skin – this is one of the reasons because of which you should not      intoxicate your skin with a great number of cosmetics.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the first part of this article, we discussed only about a few things you can do in regards to what you can do to get your skin younger. Unfortunately, there is some sad news along the way – if you want to have a beautiful skin, you have to work on it while you are still a teenager and later a youngster (in your 20s) because after it started aging there is little you can do to cover up those age marks. In other words, preventative behavior has a great impact here. All the advices you will find within these articles can be practiced at any age and you will not regret it later. Now, getting back at those anti-aging tips.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>You are what you eat – eat healthy. </strong>Many people started      contradicting me when I told them that actually diet has a great      importance even when we are discussing about wrinkles. For example, a diet      that is mainly composed out of vegetables and low-fat products will      benefit the whole body – including the face. This way, your skin will look      fresher no matter what age you are. One more thing – stop smoking. One of      the worst things for your diet and for your skin is smoking. People      smoking at a very early age have shown very early signs of skin aging –      and general early aging. In other words, if you want to live long and      beautiful plan ahead – make a healthy diet plan and eliminate all those      unhealthy factors as soon as possible.</li>
<li><strong>Small usage of cosmetics and the use of thorough cleansers. </strong>Cosmetics,      especially in excess and at early ages can be very harmful to your skin      because they do not let it breath as much as it should. Rather than using      foundation and powder of any type, simply stick to foundation – or if you      have a beautiful skin, leave it like that, use some mascara and some eye      shadow if you want to give a bit of color to your face but do not use      cosmetics all over your face day by day. Aside from this, remember that      you should always clean your skin thoroughly – do not just wipe off powder      remains or the eye shadow, after using your cleanser, remember to actually      wash your face until the water is clear. Check with a small cotton pad if      you can rinse off any color – if you cannot, then your face is perfectly      clear. Remember to use only quality cosmetics that protect your skin from      harmful factors and do not resort to cheap stuff just because they’re      cheap – remember that you have only one face and only one life – protect      them. </li>

Of course, it is all about turning a so-called disadvantage into an advantage. When it comes to our skin, we have to understand that nowadays we are exposing it to a great number of harmful factors. First, there is the sun, which will burn the skin, and in time will aid at early beginnings of aged skin. Second we have all the pollution in the atmosphere – you see, every particle that is in the atmosphere may and can be stuck to your face, and some of these particles can be quite harmful. Third, we have general problems on the inside – such as problems with the immune system. Let us discuss what would be the main tips or advices that would help any woman keep her skin young for a great amount of time.</p>

<li><strong>Wear sunscreen – </strong>This is a very popular advice, and it makes a      lot of sense. You see, unfortunately summers are not as they used to be      even fifty years ago. Back then the risk of skin cancer was very small,      while nowadays even a few days of exposure can cause serious problems.      Face skin is one of the most problematic types especially since you have      to take care of it in an appropriate way. For example, for dry skin you      have to look for the correct sunscreen that will not dry your face even      more, while with oily skin, you have to make sure that the sunscreen you      picked is not going to increase the chances of out-breaks. Overall,      remember that the sun is the number one aging factor nowadays, and quality      sunscreen is in some cases the only way out of this problem (considering that      the other solution is wearing a hat all the time or staying only indoors).</li>
<li><strong>Get plenty of sleep </strong>– Remember what they used to say about      beauty sleep and its importance? Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.      Sleep can do miracles for your skin – just think how beautiful and radiant      your skin looks after a good night sleep and think how tired and bad looks      when you come off a long day’s work or something similar. You have to      remember that one hour at noon or in the after-noon will do miracles for      your skin. Aside from that, you will also refresh your entire body as you      will lift your energy levels and you will have a higher productivity rate. </li>

Until now, we discussed the few things everybody can do before reaching the point where they actually have to deal with aged skin. Yet, I need to shed some light on the immune system topic, because there is some confusion in this area. People often ask me why it is important to adjust our diet, our active life to our skin or vice-versa. First, we should stop seeing our bodies as composed of different parts – our bodies are actually a whole, and it should be treated in that manner. In other words, whatever we put in our bodies will eventually reflect itself on the outside. So let us discuss what you can do to clear your body and keep your skin young and beautiful.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Drink plenty of water. </strong>Just as we discussed – see the      connection between internal and external part of the body. Water and      herbal teas are very useful if you want to clear your body of toxins.      Actually, it is recommended that once every three months you undergo a detoxifying      diet where you drop all your bad habits, stick to foods that are meant to      kill all toxins, and drink lots of water within that period. Usually, you      should drink somewhere between 1.5L and 2L of water – if it seems      difficult to drink that amount of water daily, you can try drinking herbal      tea and water instead. Having something to switch to may actually      encourage you to drinking more liquids.</li>
<li><strong>Take supplements – vitamins or herbal supplements. </strong>Herbal      medicine has always been known as a great alternative to medicine – and it      works great as a health supplement too. Remember to keep your immune      system up and running all the time because this way you will be able to      keep all harmful elements away from your body. In order to deal with aging      skin, take supplements such as vitamin b50 or vitamin b6. These vitamins      aid in healing the skin and even old scars or problems may diminish in      time. </li>
<li><strong>Consult your dermatologist before using certain serums or      medication.</strong> It is very important to have a serious talk with a      dermatologist when you see the smallest signs of aging, if you are serious      about diminishing the effects. Do not go out to the nearest drugstore and      ask for the first serum or medication they can give you without a      prescription. Your doctor may tell you about alternative and more healthy      solutions, so paying him a visit would certainly not hurt.</li>
